Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add lemon juice, evaporated milk and pineapple.
Fold in cottage cheese and pecans.
Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
Make Jello according to package directions, and use a little less (1-2 tbsp) water.
Add mayonnaise and vinegar and mix well with beaters.
Put in a covered dish and refrigerate.
When the Jello begins to jell, fold in cottage cheese and pineapple.

Refrigerate until firm.
Mix together Cool Whip, cottage cheese and jello.
Add oranges and pineapple.
Let set 4 hours.
Other fruit and jello can be substituted.
Strawberry jello and fresh strawberries, peach jello and fresh peach, etc.
Add the Jell-O to the cottage cheese and mix well.
Add the Cool Whip.
Set in a mold or bowl and refrigerate to set.
Blend and refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving.
Also low-fat/low-salt mayonnaise and cottage cheese can be used. For best results, I recommend Hellman's new olive oil recipe mayonnaise for this particular recipe. It has a much better flavor than their original mayo.
Chop Cucumbers, Peppers, and Tomatoes into manageable bite size hunks, and place in large mixing bowl.
Pour both packs of the dry dip mix over veggies and mix to coat.
Fold in cottage cheese and mix to distribute dip mix and veggies throughout then Chill until ready to go to party.
Put cottage cheese in bowl and mix in dry jello.
Drain pineapple and add to cottage cheese and jello.
Fold in Cool Whip. Put in serving bowl and chill.
Mix cottage cheese and jello until thoroughly blended.
Add drained fruit cocktail. Mix in any additional fruit and mini marshmallows if desired.
Add cool whip and stir.
Mix cottage cheese and jello.
Sprinkle jello over cottage cheese.
Add drained pineapple, pecans and Cool Whip.

Mix dry jello with Cool Whip.
Stir in cottage cheese.

One-half cup nuts may be added if desired.
Pour in mold or desired container and refrigerate.

Mix cottage cheese and jello (dry) until well blended.
Add yogurt, fold gently.
Add oranges and toss until well blended. Serve over a bed of lettuce with slivered carrots and chopped walnuts.
