I don't have
a
recipe for pheasant and dressing, so I recently fixed
my\trecipe\tfor
dressing and just substituted pheasant
for
the chicken, it turned out well.
Place pheasant in ungreased square 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Mix soup, cider, Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, garlic and mushrooms; pour over pheasant.
Sprinkle generously with paprika. Cook, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven, spooning sauce onto pheasant occasionally until done, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
After cooking pheasant 1 hour, sprinkle again with paprika.

Lightly oil a 9 x 9-inch cake pan. Measure applesauce into mixing bowl.
Add oil and sugar.
Measure out flour.
Add spices and soda; stir to mix, then add to applesauce mixture.
Stir well.
Add chocolate chips and raisins and stir some more.
Scrape into cake pan.
Lick spoon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
(This cake keeps well even if not eaten right away.)

Mix eggs, cream and spices.
Pour over layered pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
