Mix first 5 ingredients in crockpot.
Remove stems from chili peppers and cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds.
Put peppers, garlic and ginger in food processor and chop up as finely as possible.
Add the mixture from the food processor to the crockpot.
Add the last 3 ingredients to the crockpot.
Mix.
Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Serve over rice.

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix stuffing mix, hot water, and cheese just until stuffing mix is moistened.
Place chicken in a 13\" x 9\" baking dish. Mix soup and spinach; spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.

Brown chicken
Mix soup, mushrooms, sour cream, wine, onion and garlic, pepper to taste, and flour in crockpot or casserole dish.
Add chicken and make sure all pieces are coated with mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika.
Cover crockpot or casserole. Cook on low setting in crockpot for 6 hours (or you can start with frozen chicken and cook for 8 hours in crockpot) or about 1-1/2 hours in the oven at 375 degrees (deeper casserole dishes take longer than flat ones).
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice or noodles.

Put chicken in crockpot and sprinkle with dressing mix and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Cook on low 4-6 hours.
Lightly brush off the dirt from the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, and slice off the tough ends.
Place mushrooms in the crockpot with the chicken and cover.
Melt 2 tbs of butter in sauce pan; saute onion and garlic until onions are clear.
Add soup, cream cheese, and broth.
Stir until smooth.
Add to crockpot, stir together to combine ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for another hour.
Place chicken in crockpot.
Sprinkle with soup mix and garlic salt.
Pour dressing and water over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Remove chicken and cool slightly.
Skim fat from cooking juices.
Remove chicken from bones and cut into bite-size pieces and return to crockpot.
Serve with a slotted spoon on buns.
I have also used boneless chicken pieces and cut them up before placing in the crockpot. You just need to adjust cooking time if doing it this way.
Stir together chicken broth, vinegar, molasses, brown

Mix together Dijon Mustard and Honey.
Place Chicken in crockpot.
Cover with Honey Mustard.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Brown chicken in oil in skillet over med/high heat.
Place chicken in crockpot with lemongrass
Heat a grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Place chicken in a bowl with garlic, chopped cilantro, chili peppers and oyster sauce; mix well.
Grill chicken for 10 mins, or until cooked through, turning halfway. Cool, then slice thinly.
Combine mangoes, onions, salad greens, remaining herbs and dipping sauce in a large bowl. Add chicken; toss gently to combine. Season to taste.
Salt and pepper chicken; place in crockpot; cover. Cook chicken in crockpot on high for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, drain juices from crockpot.
Mix together Dr. Pepper and BBQ Sauce.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes {covered}, or until done.
Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. I shredded chicken with two forks and served w/ pickles on buns, like a pulled chicken sandwich.
For the oven: Preheat oven to 375.

Combine all remaining ingredients, mix very well and pout over chicken. Turn once to coat all sides.
Cover w/ foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake uncoveres for additional 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is done.
