In a small bowl, combine baking soda, flour, and oats. Add to banana mixture and stir by hand until throughly combined. Fold in the blueberries.
Pour batter into muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

Best Ever Eggless Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt.
In another large bowl, mix together milk, applesauce, and vanilla.
Add the mashed bananas, and combine thoroughly.
Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until just combined.
Lightly grease and dust 6 muffin cups (or line with paper bake cups), and divide the batter among them.
Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 20 minutes.

Gently boil, uncovered, over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; let stand for 2 to 3 minutes to slightly absorb excess milk in mixture.
