Banana Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. oats (3 minute, not quick)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. mashed bananas (1 banana)
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Stir dry ingredients.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, beat egg. Add bananas, milk and oil.
Add the liquid to dry ingredients. Stir until moist.
Spoon into greased muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
