Barbecue Chicken:
Rinse chicken
First you parboil chicken (vinegar and water; clean it first), then put in large pan seasoning the chicken.
Put a little water in pan, then put in oven at 400\u00b0.
Put a small pot on with the barbecue.
First Lipton soup with a little water, then after the chicken has cooked a little, pour on barbecue sauce.
This is for a large pan of chicken.
To prepare barbecue sauce, mix all ingredients except chicken together in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes. Put chicken in a foil-lined pan and pour barbecue sauce over chicken evenly.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Melt butter in skillet or crock-pot.
Saute onion in margarine until tender and clear.
Add catsup, barbecue sauce and sugar. Stir until bubbly and sugar is dissolved.
Add chicken pieces that have been salted and peppered.
Pour Coke over the chicken. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for at least 1 hour (or longer for more tender chicken).
This recipe is also great for rabbit.
Wash chicken thoroughly; dry with paper towel.
Place chicken in baking dish.
Pour barbecue sauce over chicken.
Spread evenly. Sprinkle onion and celery over top of barbecue sauce; salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Season chicken with garlic salt and seasoned pepper in large baking pan.
Mix syrup with barbecue sauce.
Pour over chicken and bake at 400\u00b0 in covered pan for 35 minutes and then uncover and bake for another 35 minutes, basting until well glazed.
FOR THE QUICK METHOD: Rub chicken fresh lemon juice, then with Recipe #488671.
In bowl, mix sauce, seasoned salt, onion flakes, sugar and water.
Arrange chicken in baking pan.
Salt and pepper pieces. Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Mix ingredients and pour sauce over chicken; boil until done. Use sauce used in boiling to serve over rice with chicken.
For a whole chicken, triple recipe.
For the poppy seed dressing:
Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in saucepan.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Baste chicken often on grill; keep it very moist.
Grill 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Double recipe for a lot of chicken.

Slice the chicken breasts into strips.
Season
Take one packet of Mesquite marinade and mix 1/4 cup of oil and 1/4 cup of water. Marinade the chicken for two hours.
Cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes. This makes a fabulous barbecue chicken without the barbecue!
Combine melted oleo and Heinz 57 sauce in saucepan; fill empty 57 bottle with water and add to mixture.
Add vinegar, mustard and brown sugar.
Heat and simmer approximately 10 minutes.
Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Spray large skillet with non-stick spray, and brown chicken. Stir in barbecue sauce water, corn and pepper.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in rice, cover. Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes, until rice is ready. A 12 oz can white chicken can be substituted for the cubed chicken.
