Following package instructions, thaw the bread dough and let rise.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown the sausage; drain.
Roll bread dough out on a floured surface until approximately 1/4-inch thick.
Spread sausage evenly over dough to within 1/2 inch of edge.
Lay sliced cheese over sausage; roll dough over sausage and cheese mixture to fit a bread loaf pan.
Place loaf in greased pan and bake for 20 minutes or until the bread is evenly browned on top.
Let cool before slicing.
In a deep dish or pan of any size you choose, put a layer of slices of bread until bottom is covered.
Next, combine apples, sugar, beaten egg, nutmeg, cinnamon and milk.
Spread apple mixture over slices of bread.
Alternate a layer of bread, then a layer of apples until pan is full.
