Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.

Cook egg noodles per instructions.
While your noodles are boiling splash a frying pan with olive oil (just enough to _lightly_ coat) and saute garlic cloves until they're lightly browned and aromatic.
Add all ingredients together and mix until noodles are completely coated.
Enjoy.
Spray non-stick on pan, and heat on medium heat.
Combine all ingredients in a measuring cup.
When pan is ready (water droplets thrown on it should sizzle), pour on crepe batter until desired size. (Swivel the pan a little to spread out the batter a bit).
