Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Place tortillas on 2 large (9 x 13-inch) baking sheets. Lightly brush both sides of tortillas with oil.
Bake tortillas at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes; remove from oven.
Evenly spread salsa over all tortillas.
Sprinkle turkey, tomato, cilantro, red pepper, olives and cheese evenly over salsa on each tortilla.
Bake tortillas 12 minutes, rearranging baking sheets halfway through. To serve, slice tortillas in eighths.

Makes a delicious, quick, easy snack.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Set aside.
Place frozen vegetables in a bowl and cover with water.
Place noodles in another bowl and cover with hot water.
After vegetables have separated and thawed, drain.
Tear noodles into 4 pieces or just separate them, leave in bowl for a few more minutes, then drain.
Brown meat in oil.
Add drained vegetables and noodles.
Stir together; then add first 5 ingredients which you have set aside.
Stir until sauce thickens and vegetables are done.
Butterfly pork lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through; press open to flatten.
Place pork in large plastic food storage bag; pour in Kikkoman Quick& Easy Marinade.
