Cut off a 1 pound (grapefruit sized) piece of refrigerated dough without dusting the surface with flour. Wet hands will help prevent sticking. Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.

Sprinkle each pork chop evenly with seasonings.

Chop the onions finely, place in a pan with the butter (or oil) and saute until soft. Add the wine and lemon juice, and reduce.
Keeping a low heat, add the flour to the buttery onions and stir in til you have a stiff onion paste. Place the pork chops or chicken into a large ziploc bag or bowl with a lid (not a metal container).
Pour salad dressing in the bag or bowl.
Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight, turning the bag or shaking up the bowl 3 or 4 times.
(I do the overnight marinade in a bag).
Place the chops on a hot grill and cook until juices run clear.
Baste these with butter as they cook so they stay tender.
Serve with your favorite BBQ sides.
In a large pot of boiling water, sprinkle 1/2 a teaspoon of salt. Throw in the saccottinis. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, and then drain the pasta.
In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with the white wine. Add the O'Sole Mio Napolitana sauce. Let simmer for 2 minutes.

Use applesauce in baking to cut back or cut the fat in the recipe.

Cook instant potato mash according to packet directions.
Add potato to corned beef a little at a time until you get to the consistency you prefer. (I use the whole amount.).
Add butter and stir through.
Microwave to heat through.
