Orange Hot Chocolate.
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons Orange Hot Chocolate Mix.
8 ounces (1 cup) hot milk.
Marshmallows or whipped cream (optional).
Place the orange hot chocolate mixture in a mug. Pour hot milk over the mixture. Stir until the mix is completely dissolved. If desired, garnish with marshmallows or whipped cream.
Mix well in large container.
Use 1 tablespoon for 1 cup of hot chocolate mix.
Just add hot water and stir.

Blend ice, milk, and hot chocolate mix together in a blender until smooth.
Attach this to the Jar.
Mexican Hot Chocolate.
Serves 6.
3 cups water.
Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix (to taste).
Cinnamon sticks for garnish.
Heat the water to boiling and add the Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix. Stir with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Garnish with cinnamon sticks. For a frothier hot chocolate, mix in a blender.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Put in a large, airtight container.
Label.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
Makes about 17 cups of Hot Chocolate Mix.
Stir this all together to make one serving of hot chocolate. Mix 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the mix into a cup of hot water.
This makes excellent Christmas gifts in pretty decorated glass jars.
One batch will make several small jars full.
Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Store in tightly covered container.
For each serving, combine 3/4 cup hot water and 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix.
Stir.
Top with marshmallow, if desired. Makes 15 cups chocolate mix.
Mix and store in a large covered container.
Use 1/3 cup mix to 1 cup boiling water.
Makes 50 cups of hot chocolate.
