Campers' Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 qt.) box (25.6 oz.) nonfat dry milk powder
1 (6 oz.) jar powdered nondairy coffee creamer
1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted (4 3/4 c.)
1 (16 oz.) can presweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Store in tightly covered container.
For each serving, combine 3/4 cup hot water and 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix.
Stir.
Top with marshmallow, if desired. Makes 15 cups chocolate mix.
