Mix evaporated milk, sugar
To make the frosting:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter

Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe ~.
1/2 cup butter
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend cake mix with eggs and sour cream.
Spread 1/2 batter in pan.
Spread 1 box of dry coconut and pecan frosting mix.
Add remaining batter. Spread the other box of dry coconut and pecan frosting mix over batter.
Dot with stick of oleo.
Bake.
Mix all ingredients except frosting, then fold in can of coconut pecan frosting.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Mix cake according to package instructions.
Before baking, add the canned caramel pecan frosting, coconut and nuts.
Mix well. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
Beat cake mix, eggs, oil and water well. Fold in coconut/pecan frosting. Bake in Bundt pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes. May drizzle confectioners sugar, milk and oleo icing over cake.

Combine flour and baking soda in medium bowl. Beat brown sugar, butter and shortening until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and maple flavoring. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and chopped pecans. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 9 to 12 minutes (or until light golden brown). When cool, spread with Maple Frosting and top with 1/2 pecan. Makes approximately 5 dozen.
