Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and place chocolate kiss on top of each cookie, pressing down so cookie cracks around edges.
Return to oven for 2 to 5 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
