Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Trim London broil of fat. Place meat into a 9x13 baking pan.
Sprinkle onion over meat.
Mix soups, gravy, Kitchen Bouquet, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour soup mix over meat.
Cover pan with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 3 hours.
Cut into serving size pieces and enjoy.
Soak London Broil in saucepan with garlic slices, oil, salt and pepper for 2 hours prior to cooking.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Turn London Broil occasionally.

Mix ingredients together to blend.
Pour over 2 pound cut of London broil.

If you are cooking on the outdoor grill, adjust the time according to the distance your rack is from the coals, 15 minutes on the first side and 10 minutes on the other side might produce the desired doneness.

Rub olive oil on London broil.
Add meat tenderizer to both side of meat.
Pierce meat with fork to work the tenderizer in to the meat on both sides.

6. Cut Potatoes In Quarters Place On Top Of Carrots.
7. Pour 2 Cans (14-1/2ozs) Of Fat Free- Low Sodium Beef Broth On Top.
8. Place Slow Cooker Lid And Cook On Low for 8hrs.
Serve London Broil And Vegetables Over Egg Noodles.

Marinade the meat in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or freeze at this point to thaw and cook later).
Heat a grill to medium high.
Grill for 10-12 minutes/side, depending upon thickness.
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
Meanwhile, boil the remaining marinade for 5 minutes on the stovetop and serve over the London Broil.

Blend together the ingredients to make marinade.
Cover a London broil with marinade and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
