Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. London broil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Rinse London broil in water; pat dry.
Place London broil in skillet with oil.
Brown very well on both sides, over medium heat.
Transfer beef to a crock-pot.
