BAKED BACON:
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place bacon slices one next to the other on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Flip bacon slices with kitchen tongs and return to oven. Bake until crispy, 15 to 20 minutes more. Thinner slices will need less time, about 20 minutes total. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

In a bowl whisk together eggs, half and half cream (or milk) melted butter, seasoned salt and black pepper; pour into the prepared baking dish,.

Wash and trim asparagus spears.
Cut bacon strips in half crosswise.
Wrap one-half strip bacon around each asparagus spear, leaving tip and end exposed.

Spread about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each fillet (like you would spread it on bread).

Mix cream cheese and bacon-flavored mayonnaise together in a bowl. Fill each jalapeno pepper half with cream cheese mixture. Wrap each filled pepper with a bacon slice, securing with a toothpick if needed. Arrange peppers in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crisp and peppers are tender, about 1 hour. Transfer peppers to a serving plate and allow to cool, 3 to 5 minutes.
Line a large baking sheet with 2 sheets of aluminum foil, making sure pan is completely covered.
Arrange bacon strips on the prepared baking sheet, keeping at least 1/2-inch space between strips. Place pan in the cold oven.
