Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Stir in nuts.
Spread batter in greased and floured rectangular pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over batter and bake as directed on cake mix box. Immediately after baking, poke deep holes through top of cake (still in pan) with meat fork.
Space holes about 1-inch apart. Spread fudge topping evenly over cake.
Serve when completely cool, topped with ice cream or whipped topping.

Combine dry ingredients in 4-quart saucepan. Stir in milk. Bring to a bubbly boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

In large bowl mix the butter, Splenda and peanut butter.
Add eggs one at a time.
Blend flours, bran, flax seed, soda and salt then add to sugar mixture.

To make oatmeal flour put old fashion oats in blender ti make needed amount.
Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and milk together.
Cook on high until boiling, stirring constantly.
Turn to medium.
Cook until thermometer reaches hard ball, about 40 to 45 minutes.
