Place corn curls in large roaster pan.
In 2-quart saucepan, cook together for 2 minutes the butter, brown sugar and corn syrup.
Add baking soda; mixture will foam.
Pour caramel mixture over corn curls and stir until mixed.

Combine butter, sugar and syrup in a 4-quart saucepan.
Cook over medium heat.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Pour over corn, stirring to mix and coat.
Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Let cool and store in covered container.

In a large sauce pan, bring butter, Karo syrup and brown sugar to a boil. (The sauce pan will seem too large for the quantity of sauce.).

Place into a 250 degF oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour onto wax paper, allowing to cool slightly, then break apart.
