Homemade Crescent Rolls(My "Good Old" 4-H Recipe)

Mix the first three ingredients; let stand for five minutes. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Turn into greased bowl; let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down; divide into eight parts. Roll each part into a circle; divide into sixths or eighths. Brush with melted butter.
Starting with wide end, roll into crescents.
Let rise again until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

4-H Hot Diggety Dogs

Cook first 3 ingredients on medium heat until hot dogs are browned on both sides and onion is tender, then add remaining ingredients.
Bring to slight boil and serve.
Great with garlic bread.
Serves 4 to 6 people.

Place all ingredients in a blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Makes 6 (3/4 cup) servings (115 calories per serving).

Old Bay Seasoning(Copycat)

Combine all ingredients in an airtight jar, mix thoroughly.
Keep sealed until ready to use.
To give as a gift, place in a pretty jar, along with some recipes. This would look nice in a basket, maybe with some measuring spoons, and ingredients for one of the recipes you give. Enjoy!

A.H.N. Silver Coffee Spinach Sandwich

The night before, open packages of spinach and let drain overnight.
Squeeze all liquid out with your hands the next morning.
Re-chop to eliminate stringy spinach.
Stir sour cream, mayonnaise, Salad Supreme, salt and pepper together.
Add spinach and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cut crusts from bread and flatten with rolling pin.
Spread slice of bread with spinach mixture; top with another piece of bread.
Sprinkle with parsley. Cut each bread sandwich into 4 pieces before serving.
