4-H Orange Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    10 ice cubes
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender.
    Cover and blend until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 (3/4 cup) servings (115 calories per serving).
