Melt Nestle Premier white baking bars.
Microwave Full power for 2 minutes, stirring twice.
Be careful, it's easy to burn! Stir until smooth; set aside.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, combine sugar, eggs and almond extract; mix well.
Blend in melted butter and baking bars.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly (this will scorch real easy).
Boil one minute; remove from heat and cool completely.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.

Line bottom of cookie pan with saltines.
Pour butter/sugar mixture over crackers.

Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.
