Mongolian Grill Style Mongolian Sauce

Warm oil in sauce pan. Add ginger and garlic, stirring quickly to avoid scorching. Add water, soy sauce and sugar allowing sugar to dissolve. Bring sauce to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer until thickens to desired consistency.
If using to brown with meat, add to meat once meat is cooked thoroughly. Simmer until thick.
If using with veggies, add 1/4 to 1/2 c to veggies to stir fry.

In a skillet, heat sesame oil. Add meat first if using, then add tofu. (drain very well to get as much excess water out as possible.) When meat is cooked through add vegetables along with teriyaki sauce.
When vegetables are cooked to tenderness you desire add cooked ramen or soba noodles just before serving.
Serve with hot rice.

Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs

Wash the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
Place each slab of ribs on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and rub well with rib rub.
Seal the foil and place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and place sealed packed in a 275 degree preheated oven.
Cook for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
Baste both sides of ribs with Memphis Barbecue Sauce recipe 99023 and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Serve with extra sauce and lots of paper towels.
