Cook your pasta in the usual way.
The amount depends on how hungry you are.

Using a large casserole, put any type of canned vegetables that you like in the bottom.
Put cut-up potatoes on top.
Salt and pepper.
Place pork chops on top of potatoes.
Slice onion, bell pepper and margarine on top of pork chops.
Cover; cook for one hour on medium.
Lay out 4 sets of double foil approx 12x2-inches or a bit larger.

Combine Splenda, cornstarch and salt in a microwave safe bowl. Whisk in milk, egg yolk, butter and vanilla.
Cook on 50% power for two minutes, stirring after one minute. Cook at full power for one minute, stirring every 15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Saute garlic in bacon fat; add onion and saute.
