Chick-N-Potato(Light Meal For One) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large baking potato
    1 can chunk white chicken
    light margarine
    cheese (low-fat, if desired)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake potato in microwave for 8 minutes or until done.
    Heat chicken in microwave after removing potato.
    Stir chicken into potato.
    Add salt and pepper (optional).
    Add cheese (if desired).
