Simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved about 3 minutes. Store in a closed container in refrigerator.
Rim of Glass: Line the rim of a martini glass with honey and dip into graham cracker crumbs, coating the rim with crumbs.
Martini: Combine vanilla vodka, fresh key lime juice, simple syrup, half and half and ice in a martini shaker. Shake well until very cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lime wedge.
Shake all ingredients in shaker (except mango slice).
Pour into well chilled martini glass.
Garnish with mango chunk.

Place glasses in refrigerator until chocolate is firm.
Combine vodka and next 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Cover with lid; shake until thoroughly chilled.
Remove lid; strain into prepared martini glasses; serve immediately.
Recipe was tested with Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Tia Maria coffee liqueur, and Godiva chocolate liqueur.

Place ice to the brim of your martini glass and top off with ice cold water. Let glass chill while you make the martini.
Pour vodka and olive juice in a martini shaker. Drop in about 10 ice cubes and put the top on the shaker.
Shake the martini shaker hard and quickly for about 10-15 seconds.
Pour the ice water out of the martini glass and pour the vodka martini into the glass. Drop the toothpick with olives into the martini and serve.

Combine creme de cacao, vodka, and vanilla-flavored vodka in a cocktail shaker. Secure lid on shaker and shake vigorously.
Spread sugar onto a flat plate wider than your martini glasses. Run the orange wedge along the lip of each martini glass to assure it's moistened all the way around; dip martini glasses in sugar to coat.
Divide remaining ice between the martini glasses. Strain the cocktail into the glasses.
