Cook the macaroni according to package directions.

Macaroni Goulash (Affectionately Known As Kitchen Sink Goulash)

Brown ground beef, set aside.
Cook all the vegetables in the same pan as the ground beef until onions are transparent, about 10 minutes.
Put in can of tomatoes, mash with potato masher, just until broken up.
Add ground beef back into pot, then cans of tomato and mushroom soup.
Season and add milk, bring everything to a gentle boil.
Add uncooked macaroni, cook for approximately 15 minutes.

Macaroni Goulash

Cook macaroni firm as directed.
Brown turkey and onion together in 4-quart pot.
Drain.
Add stewed tomatoes, oregano, garlic, ketchup and salt.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add macaroni and simmer 10 minutes more.
Serve with salad.

Macaroni Goulash

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender. Meanwhile, prepare the following sauce of other ingredients:
Melt butter in heavy skillet, then saute onion, green pepper, celery and hamburger in it.
Separate meat into small pieces.
When meat is browned and onion tender, add seasonings and chili powder.
Add the tomato sauce, mixing well; sprinkle with cheese and allow to simmer about 15 minutes.
When macaroni is tender, blanch in hot water; add to simmering sauce and cover for a few minutes longer. Serves 4.

Set the oven to 200C/375\u00b0F.
In a large bowl mix everything together apart from the cream cheese and grated cheese and put into an ovenproof dish.
Dot the cream cheese, teaspoon by teaspoon evenly in and around the goulash and press down into it (it doesn't have to be too neat).

Drain.
In large pot combine macaroni, hamburger meat, Rotel, Tomatoe sauce, corn, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cut up Velveeta into cubs and add to pot.
Cover and cook on low stirring occasionally, until Velveeta is thoroughly melted.
If too thick for your liking, you may add milk by the 1/4 cup until desired consistency, but it's supposed to be rather thick.
Serve with cornbread and pinto beans.

Polish American Goulash

In dutch oven heat oil, cook onions and peppers.
Add hamburger, cook and stir .until meat is browned.
Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT macaroni and cheese.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add macaroni and cheese.
