Beat Eggs and blend in the Cottage Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and vegetables. Spread thin layer of Sauce in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with layer of Noodles, spoon 1/2 Cheese mixture over Noodles. Cover with 1/2 Sauce over the Cheese. Repeat. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
