Combine all ingredients, except langostinos.
Heat on medium heat and add langostinos.
Stir and serve.
Combine langostinos, red bell pepper, rosemary, sea salt, red pepper flakes, white wine, and balsamic vinegar, in respective order, in a large bowl. Toss until langostinos are evenly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors blend, 4 hours to overnight.
Add the sherry to the langostinos in a bowl.
Place the bread crumbs in another bowl and pour the evaporated milk over them. Add the cheese, dry mustard and nutmeg to the bread mixture. Combine the langostinos and bread mixture and place in a flat casserole dish.

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic. Immediately add fillets and saute to desired degree of doneness (2 to 3 minutes per side for rare).
Season with salt and pepper. Transfer fillets to heated plate. Add mushrooms to skillet and cook until tender and liquid evaporates, about 5 minutes. Add langostinos and dry white wine; stir-fry until just pink. Divide fillets among heated serving plates. Top with mushroom mixture and Bearnaise Sauce. Serve immediately.
Scald hake in boiling water and place in bottom of earthenware (or any other) pot.
Saute onion and tomatoes in olive oil seasoned with salt.
Cover hake with this mixture.
Simmer over low heat until hake is cooked.
Cut lobster in slices and add.
Add langostinos, prawns, clams, peas and red pepper flakes.
Cover pot and cook until clam shells open.

Shred 1 small head lettuce to make a good layer in bottom of a 9 x 11-inch dish.
Add thawed langostinos to crushed crackers, then add scallops (if large, cut into pieces). Add minced clams, the juice and melted butter. Combine all ingredients. Add a little warm water to make moist. Should be moist like stuffing. Bake, uncovered, in an 8-inch baking dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cover the last 20 minutes. Serves 8.
