Langostino Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. langostinos
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/4 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs (save crust pieces for topping)
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Add the sherry to the langostinos in a bowl.
Place the bread crumbs in another bowl and pour the evaporated milk over them. Add the cheese, dry mustard and nutmeg to the bread mixture. Combine the langostinos and bread mixture and place in a flat casserole dish.
Put the remaining bread crumbs (crust pieces) and melted butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
