Layer in parfait or wine glasses: the chocolate crumbs and the cream mixture, ending with the crumbs on top.
Refrigerate until firm.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In an electric stand mixer bowl, combine butter and sugar; cream together on high speed.
Add eggs one at a time until incorporated, and kahlua; beat till smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa.
Add to butter mixture and mix to incorporate.
Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.

Bake for 10 mins rotating half way through, or until the edges are lightly browned.
Place on a wire rack to cool.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 8x8 inch baking pan.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly crispy.
Cream eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, and kahlua until well-combined and smooth.
Pour evenly over crust.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over filling.
Bake 20 minutes.
Place in fridge for about an hour to allow to cool completely before serving.

Stir in the melted
Put the chocolate & milk in the blender & pulse until the chocolate is only slightly chunky (i.e. you won't choke when you swallow it).
Add the strawberries, icecream, Baileys & Kahlua & pulse until well combined.
Serve straight away with long spoons (as this can be quite thick - depending on the icecream you may need to add a little extra milk).
