Prepare baking sheets by greasing and flouring
Mix cream of tartar, baking soda, and cornstarch together in a bowl to make 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Mix the baking soda into the pulp, then

Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each chicken breast which has been formed into a small ball.
