Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, in a medium pan crumb and cook sausage about 6 minutes; drain off grease and add chopped onion and garlic sauteing another 6 minutes or so till onion is tender.
Stir in basil, oregano, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper heat another one to two minutes.
Lower heat while adding tomato sauce and ricotta, stir while heating so ricotta blends evenly and does not burn.
Mix pasta and sauce together. Sever with fresh grated parmesan cheese and a green salad.
Cook pasta per package directions. Always salt pasta water. Pour cooked pasta into greased 9x13\" baking pan.
While pasta is cooking, brown meat. Once cooked thru, add sauce and let simmer while you finish cheese step.
Put cottage cheese in a mixing bowl, add egg, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 c parm cheese and 1/2 c mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Spread cheese mixture over pasta. Pour sauce mixture over cheese. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 until bubbly and cheese is golden brown, about 30-40 minutes.
HEAT oil in a saucepot and add onions, garlic and bay leaf. Saute until golden brown, being careful not to burn. Add tomato sauce and paste, water and seasoning. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
TOSS cooked, drained pasta into sauce.
TRANSFER to a large serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Brown meat in a large skillet; drain.
Stir in pasta, spaghetti sauce, and 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese.
Spoon into 13 X 9 baking dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese and the remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

salt, pepper, red pepper, lemon juice, sugar, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, onion salt, oregano, celery salt, chili powder, garlic salt, cumin and lemon pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce to simmer and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Cook Pasta and Sauce in microwave, following package directions, in seperate microwavable dish.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Reserve 2 TBS drippings.
Add shrimp and mushrooms to reserved bacon drippings and saute until mushrooms are done and shrimp is heated thru.
Be careful not to overcook shrimp.
Crumble cooled bacon.
Stir shrimp, bacon, and mushrooms into pasta and sauce.
In stew pot, brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
Add all other ingredients and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Serve with toasted garlic bread.
