Pour juices and water into the coffee pot.

Combine cornstarch and cold water in a small container with a lid; shake until mixed well.

Let simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

Cream the butter with sugar. Sprinkle the cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves over the sugar mixture and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate in covered container to store.
Stick whole cloves in the orange.
