In a small mixing bowl, beat the half-and-half, milk, whipped topping mix, extract and food coloring on high speed for 3 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Pour into the cylinder of an ice cream freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Stir in chocolate during last few minutes.
Allow to firm up in refrigerator freezer for 24 hours before serving.
Combine all the cake ingredients together and mix till well blended. Bake at 350AA\u00b0 for 50 minutes in 9x13-inch greased baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam or other light oil.
For the frosting I combine all ingredients in the food processor, or you could blend by hand.

Place icing sugar in a bowl and create a whole in middle and hollow out.
Add Yoghurt into centre of bowl.
Carefully fold yoghurt into icing sugar making sure of no lumps.
