Preheat fan forced oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Line a 20 x 30 cm tray with baking paper.
Beat eggs, add honey, vanilla and coconut oil.
Mash bananas and add to mixture.
Grate carrots and apples and add to mixture.
Crush Weet-Bix and add to mixture.
Add rest of dry ingredients.
Combine with your hands and press into prepared tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly in tin.
Slice into 12 breakfast portions or 18 snack portions.
Place the diced apple in a breakfast bowl. Pour yogurt on top and sprinkle with flax seeds.
Mix and enjoy!
In a large pot, cook potatoes until almost tender, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Drain and cool.
In a very large heavy skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add onion, and cook, stirring often, until beginning to soften, about 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, and cook, stirring occasionally until crispy and brown, about 10 minutes.
Add garlic, bell peppers, rosemary and\"sausage.

Stir in spinach, and cook until the spinach wilts down.

Peel, seed and cut the apple and orange into large chunks.
Put the chunks in the blender with the water, and, honey, some sugar, or fake sweeetner, if desired.
Blend until it is thick, it takes a minute or two, and I went up to the higest blender setting to get it really smooth.
Pour into a glass and have as part of a really healthy breakfast.
Can use an apple and a pear, as an alternative.
Or other fruit would work as well.
Pour the milk into a blender or food processor. Add yogurt; add sliced strawberries, flaxseed, honey and Whey protein. Process for 30 seconds!

Mix together the ketchup, diet cola, vinegar, hot sauce and onions in a large skillet. Add the chicken breasts and bring the sauce to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 50 minutes, until the chicken is tender enough to split with a fork. The sauce will be reduced by half and quite rich and thick.
Serve each breast with a quarter of the sauce.
Butter 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In a large saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in peanut butter until melted.
Stir in milk and breakfast drink. Remove from heat.
Fold in raisins and cereal stirring until evenly coated.
Turn into pan.
With buttered hands, pat evenly in pan.
Cool thoroughly.
Cut into bars.
Makes 1 dozen bars.

PLACE milk, Carnation Instant Breakfast, ginger and cinnamon in large mug; stir well.
Peel, core and half apples.
Place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour 1 bottle desired Faygo diet drink over apples.
Baste apples during baking process so they won't dry. Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender.
Spray your pan with cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in pan.
Brown lightly on each side.
Mix Ketchup and Diet Cola together.
Pour over chicken.
Cook for about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Follow directions on package of Jell-O.
Wash berries and slice thin into Jell-O.
Set in refrigerator until firm.
Top with diet topping.
Serves 4 to 6.
In pitcher, dissolve Crystal Light in 1 cup water.
Add pineapple juice.
Pour mixture into punch bowl with a little ice. When ready to serve, add Diet 7-Up.
Freeze diet pop into ice cubes.
Put all ingredients into blender, adding fresh fruit if you like.
Set out 4 custard cups.
Place 1/4 cup rice in each dish.
Add 1 tablespoon raisins, 1/4 egg, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 packet diet sugar.
Sprinkle vanilla and lemon juice in each cup.
Stir and bake in oven 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
