Layer cheese on top of ham.
Layer bread cubes on top.
Sprinkle on mustard.

In separate bowl mix milk and eggs.
Pour over top of layered mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.

Cover bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 casserole with 8 slices of bread. Fit slices closely, trimming if necessary. Place bite-size pieces of ham on bread. Add slices of cheese. Cover with 8 remaining slices of bread.
Defrost and drain broccoli.
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Cut crusts from bread and layer 6 slices from bread and layer 6 slices in bottom of dish.
Next, put a layer of cheese, broccoli and then ham.
Top with remaining bread.
Mix milk, eggs and salt. Pour over bread and cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next morning bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes uncovered.
Take out and put extra cheese on top.
Put back in oven for 10 more minutes.
Cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
Serves 12.

Top with more bread.
Mix in bowl, eggs, evaporated milk, milk and mustard.
Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight.
