Ham Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 slices very thin bread (crust off)
    3 c. bite-sized, cooked ham
    10 oz. piece sharp cheese, grated
    10 oz. piece Swiss cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Butter or Pam the pan.
    Place one layer of bread down.
    Arrange half the ham and cheeses.
    Repeat another layer of bread and rest of ham and cheeses.
    Combine eggs, seasonings and milk.
    Beat slightly with a fork.
    Pour over the layers.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
