Ham Strata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bread
ham
Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of onion salt
Preparation

In a buttered glass casserole or glass cake pan, layer bread, ham and cheese.
Pour on a mixture of milk, eggs, mustard and onion salt.
Make enough to cover all bread.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Sprinkle top with corn meal or crushed potato chips before baking.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
Nice for Sunday morning brunch!
