Ham Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 slices sandwich bread
    3 c. bite-size cooked ham
    10 oz. piece sharp Cheddar cheese
    10 oz. piece Swiss cheese
    3 c. corn flakes
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cut off
    crusts and cut bread in half.\tGrease pan with butter and
    arrange
    bread
    in bottom of pan.
    Arrange half of ham as second
    layer.
    Grate cheese and sprinkle with half of combined cheeses.
    Repeat
    layers.
    Combine\tslightly
    beaten eggs, seasonings\tand
    milk.
    Pour
    over\tlayers.
    Cover\tand refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, make topping of crushed corn flakes and\tmelted\tbutter.
    Sprinkle over Strata.\tBake 50 to 60 minutes at\t375\u00b0.
    Let
    set for 10 minutes or longer before serving.
    Use two 8 x 8-inch or one deep 9 x 12-inch pan.
