Turn out onto lightly

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Plump 1/2 cup of raisins in either water or apple juice. Set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a 9 x 9\" or 8 x 8\" pan. (I used 8 x 8\" with perfect results.).
Mix sugar and preferred spice with a fork in a small bowl. Sprinkle sugar mixture over melted butter in pan.
Take a medium to large apple and cut into very thin slices. The original photo showed the apple with it's peel left on; I preferred to remove it.
Arrange apple slices in rows, over the sugar mixture.

Prep your Pressure

Combine lentils, millet, great northern beans, mung beans, and

Microwave
Melt oleo.
Add onions and saute until golden.
In a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan put alternating layers of macaroni, potatoes and cheese.
Pour melted oleo with onions on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Boil macaroni before beginning recipe.
Serves 8.
Soak beans overnight in water to cover by 2 inches.
Drain beans.
Add water to cover beans by 1 inch.
Cook beans with ham hocks (I use a ham bone with some meat) for at least 2 hours on low heat. Remove ham bone from beans and let cool.
Add all other ingredients.
Remove ham from the bone and return ham to the bean mixture. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Freezes well.
Note: I submitted this to a family cookbook and it is the recipe that \"everyone\" loves.
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Pour into greased crock-pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Recipe may be doubled, if desired.
Blend all base recipe ingredients till smooth then fold in noodles and your 'exotic' variations!
Pour into 9\"x13\" pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 375F for about 1 hour till golden and firm. The ones containing more liquid (Pina Kugelada or Amoretto di Kugelano) require an additional 10-15 minutes.
Allow to set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve at either room temp or lightly chilled.
Saute meat and onion in bacon fat.
Add tomatoes, sugar, ketchup and beans, without draining if canned.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Spread your favorite cornbread recipe over.
Bake at 425\u00b0 about 25 minutes. Bread on top will be like cooked cornbread.
