Soak beans overnight in water to cover by 2 inches.
Drain beans.
Add water to cover beans by 1 inch.
Cook beans with ham hocks (I use a ham bone with some meat) for at least 2 hours on low heat. Remove ham bone from beans and let cool.
Add all other ingredients.
Remove ham from the bone and return ham to the bean mixture. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Freezes well.

Fill with mixture of chicken or tuna salad.
Place in hot oven at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Brown hamburger meat and diced onion; drain off fat.
Add tomato soup (do not add water).
Break up American cheese over top.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
When sauce starts to bubble, stir in the cheese.
In a separate pan, bring water to boil.
Add egg noodles; cook until tender.
Drain and pour noodles into meat sauce; mix together.

In frypan, saute onions in oleo.
Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Boil potatoes and mash them (don't add milk).
Add American cheese and 1/4 of the onions.
Mix well.
Prepare lasagna noodles according to package.
Brown ground beef; add diced onion and green pepper to meat.
Heat tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce in a saucepan.
Add meat mixture.
Simmer while noodles cook.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish, layer noodles, sauce mixture and American cheese, broken into 1/2-inch strips and Parmesan cheese.
Top this with another layer of noodles, meat and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes until cheese bubbles.
Cook an stir onion in butter in 3-quart saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.
Add potatoes, water, celery and seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover.
Simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Gradually add small amount of milk to flour, stirring until well blended.
Gradually add flour mixture to hot vegetables, stirring constantly.
Stir in remaining milk and sausage; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.
Add american cheese; stir until melted.

Mix Ground Turkey, onion powder, garlic salt and B.B.Q. sauce in large bowl.
Shape into 4 patties and and put in fridge covered for 1 hour. (this helps hold the patties together when grilling).
brush burgers with a little olive oil before placing on grill.
Place patties on grill or B.B.Q. over medium coals.
Grill 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked medium well.
Top each patty with American slices & continue grilling until melted. Fill buns with the works and turkey burgers.
