Chocolate-Banana Protein Bars

Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into non-stick cake pan. Bake at 300o F for 25 minutes or until firm. Let cool slightly before cutting.
We have made these into 8 small bars, but you could easily make into 4 larger ones, with double the protein (e.g., 23 g protein per bar).
If you don't want the fat replace the oil with unsweetened applesauce. It will taste just as good and still retain the moist but firm texture.

Banana Oatmeal Protein Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square pan.
Mix oats, banana, protein powder, peanut butter, cranberries, 1/2 cup coconut, almonds, tea, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl; spread into prepared pan. Top with 1/4 cup coconut.
Bake bars until lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes. Set aside to cool until they set completely, at least 15 minutes.

Good Morning Protein Shake

In blender begin with crushed ice and orange juice.
Slowly add 1/2 container of yogurt, then one scoop of protein powder. Mix until well blended.
Add 5 to 6 strawberries and 1/2 banana. Continue to mix until all ingredients are well blended and frothy. Spoon into cup.
Serve with straw and enjoy.

Daily Energy Protein Smoothie

Put liquid ingredients into the blender.
Start the blender with the lid on (cuts down on spraying).
Remove the lid and add the Banana, Fruit, Spirulina powder AND/OR the protein powder or silken tofu.
The drink will become'green' in colour because of the Spirulina.
Drink it anyway and you will be pleasantly surprised and more healthy!

My Mom'S Scrumptious No-Bake Protein Bars

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then press into a 9x9 inch pan lined with wax paper.
Freeze for 40 minutes.
Cut into rectangles or squares and refrigerate.
You can also add chocolate chips, cinnamon, nuts, sweetener/sugar (though I don't think it's needed), or whatever else sounds good.
