Spread buttercream onto cookie cake.
Press purchased or homemade cookie dough on a pizza pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
When cool, spread cream cheese, sugar, vanilla mixture over the top.
Layer sliced apples over this and top with caramel topping drizzled lightly over the apples.
Spread the chips out on a cookie sheet or 9X13\" pan. Sprinkle with the seasoning, Gently stir and coat all chips lightly.
You can also open the bag, sprinkle the seasoning in onto the chips, fold the top back closed (tightly) and turn the back upside-down and right-side up again, gently till all chips are coated. If you do this, invert the bag at least 20 times to get a good even coating.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, wheat germ, nuts, sesame seeds, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the oil, honey and water.
Toss until well combined.

Makes 22-23 cups cookie mix
Saute the onion and celery in the butter until tender. Add mushrooms if you would like!
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. I use a healthy sprinkling of poultry seasoning -- that is what makes it smell soooo good while cooking!
Place into a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
If dressing begins to look too dry, add more chicken stock. (While waiting on the turkey to finish, you might leave the dressing in the oven -- in this case, add more chicken stock!).
