Cookie'S Homemade Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken with liver
4 to 5 cubes Knorr chicken bouillon
1 c. North Carolina rice
1/2 bunch celery
2 good size yellow onions
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook chicken in large soup pot filled with water to cover chicken for 1 hour or until done along with 4 chicken bouillon. After cooked, remove from pot and place in colander in drainer to cool.
While chicken is draining, take the water left in pot and add rice, celery (chopped small) and onions (also diced) and cook until done, about 20 minutes.
Debone and skin chicken and add it to the rest; salt to taste.
Heat through and you have Cookie's Homemade Soup.
