For Icing- Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks
On a surface sprinkled with icing sugar, roll out almond paste

Ice with the icing recipe.

I had to make a double batch of fudge icing to get the right thickness of icing for this cake. The icing recipe I used was a combination of 2 different recipes.
In saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute Remove from heat. Whisk with an electric mixer, for 2.5 - 3 minutes, or until it thickens enough. Pour over cooled or warm cake. Doubled this for a 9x13.

Stir in coconut and nuts. Great on German chocolate cake. I like to make the cake in a 9x13 baking pan and then I spoon this icing onto the cooled cake. As it sets, it will thicken and look similar to the traditional German chocolate icing but it's not as rich and creamy.
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
Bake at 350 for one hour (a Bundt cake pan works best).
Cool completely then drizzle with the Chocolate Water Glaze from recipe #89594.
