No Cook Caramel Coconut Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    12 oz. frozen coconut (thawed)
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Combine the sour cream and brown sugar.
    Mix well.
    Stir in coconut and nuts. Great on German chocolate cake. I like to make the cake in a 9x13 baking pan and then I spoon this icing onto the cooled cake. As it sets, it will thicken and look similar to the traditional German chocolate icing but it's not as rich and creamy.
