1. Mix together all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cover chicken with the marinade, and store in the refrigerator for 1-8 hours.
3. Grill chicken and serve. (I use the George Foreman grill).
Mix meat using a fork with all of the ingredients except the cheese and bread.
(I wear plastic food safety gloves) Form into 10 patties (pat to make thin).
Put 5 of the patties onto a heated (on max) george foreman grill.
Put 1/2 a cheese wedge on top of each patty, and top with additional patties. Close grill lid and let cook for 6 minutes (flipping if you like halfway through.).
Put onto bread spread with your favorite condiments. Add veggies if you prefer and enjoy!
Pre-heat George Foreman Grill.
Wash & dry chicken breasts.
Dip in olive both sides.
Salt & Pepper.
Place chicken on grill and grill for 5 minute on one side then flip and grill another 5 minute.
Take chicken off then slice each chicken in half lenghtwise and place on bun.
Top with Swiss cheese.
Then guacamole.
Then tomato & lettuce.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle lemon juice and seasoning mixture on both sides of fish.
Spray grill with cooking spray and pre-heat grill. Grill fish for 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Remove fish from grill and place on serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and celery tops.

Preheat grill to medium temperature (in the winter, we use the George Foreman grill with great results) In a large bowl, mix the lamb, cilantro, oregano, mint, and garlic.
Add rice wine, white wine vinegar, and honey to lamb mixture.
In a small bowl, mix the cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Throw spices into lamb mixture and mix well.
Shape into 4 patties.
Grill about 5 minutes on each side.
Serve burgers inside pita rounds or rolls.
Garnish as you like with sliced tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.
Mix togeter, gently. the turkey, sesame seeds, soy, scallions, cilantro, garlic, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and bread crumbs.
Form into patties.
I usually mix all this together and make patties in the morning and leave in the refrigerator till I'm ready for them.
Sometimes that is the next day.
Brush with a little oil before grilling if desired.
Grill on the George Foreman, in a grill pan.
If you're using the outside grill increase the breadcrumbs a bit to insure they don't fall apart.
For this sandwich, I used the George Foreman Grill, but any panini grill will work also.
Spray PAM on one side of the bread. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on the PAM sprayed side. Place the slice of bread with the grated parmesan side down. Place a slice of cheese on top. Put the second slice of bread on top of the cheese.
Spray PAM on the top side of the second slice of bread. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
Close your grill and wait.

Mix together dill, mustard and honey.
Next, stir in mayonnaise and 2 Tablespoons of mustard until blended well.
This will be the sauce used after salmon is grilled.
Refrigerate until needed.
I use my George Foreman but if using a regular grill I suggest spraying the skin side of the salmon with vegetable spray so it doesn't stick to grill.
Brush top of salmon with reserved mustard.
Grill for 10 to 15 minutes or until salmon begins to flake.

Add flour and water and continue cooking.
