Heat the grill. Snip the gammon rind at intervals. Brush or wipe both sides of the gammon with a smear of oil. Place the gammon the grid of the grill pan and cook each side under the hot grill for 3-5 minutes, until brown. Put the pineapple slices on top of the gammon and heat for a few minutes, or fry the egg in a frying pan, in a little hot fat. Serve the gammon with the pineapple slices or with the egg on top.
Season the gammon steaks with the salt and pepper.
Drain the pineapple, save the juice.
Heat the butter and oil in a skillet and fry the steaks on both sides till just done, set aside to keep warm.
Fry the pineapple slices till golden, set aside.
Stir the flour into the pan and add the juice and sherry, bring to the boil, reduce heat simmer till sauce thicken.
Place a slice of cheese on each steak then a slice of the pineapple, fill the centre of the pineapple slice with ketchup.
Serve with the sauce on the side.

Cut round steaks into crosswise slices about 1/2 inch wide.
Heat oil; brown steak on all sides.
Use a slotted spoon to remove meat to a baking dish; set aside.
Pour off fat, then place remaining ingredients in skillet; bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour over steak, cover tightly with foil, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Serve with rice or potatoes and a salad.

Grill the gammon steaks under a preheated grill
In a large frying pan, melt butter on high. Add gammon steaks and cook for 1-2 mins each side, until beginning to brown. Place on plate.
In the same pan, add water and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add pineapple. Cook for 2-3 mins each side.
Return ham to pan and cook for a further 1-2 mins each side. Serve ham steaks topped with pineapple and drizzled with sauce. Serve with tomatoes, arugula and fries.
Heat oil in frypan.
Add steaks and pineapple.
Fry for two minutes each side, or until golden.
Fry eggs.
Serve with pineapple on top of gammon with egg on side with a plate of hot chips and mayonnaise.

Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.
Dredge in flour mixed with salt.
Place in Crock Pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
NOTE: Recipe may be doubled for 5-quart Crock Pot. Cook the maximum time.

Combine the cracked
Mix all spices in small bowl until well blended. Brush steak with 1 T oil, rub in 2T of spice mix. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, longer for extra flavor.
Stir lime juice and remaining 2T oil into spices.
Thread pineapple onto skewers.
Grill pineapple skewers over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes or till golden brown. Turn occasionally and brush with 1/2 the juice mixture.
Grill steak over medium high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side, basting with remaining juice mix.
Slice steak after resting and serve with pineapple.
Cut outer fat from steak and cut into desired sized
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small measuring cup.
Place venison steaks in a large zip lock bag.
Pour marinade over steaks and seal bag.
Place bag in a flat casserole dish so that the steaks are in a single layer.
Refrigerate and marinate at least 4 hours, turning every half hour to marinate each side.
Drain marinade and grill steaks to desired doneness.
