Combine coconut milk, cocoa powder, sugar, raspberries, and almond extract in a blender. Blend on high until mixture is thick and fluffy like pudding, about 2 minutes.
Fill disposable cups with the mixture, smoothing over the tops. Insert sticks.
Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.
Run hot water over the bottoms of the cups until the fudge pops slide out easily.
Beat eggs in small mixer bowl.
Blend in sugar and melted butter.
Combine flour, cocoa and salt.
Add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into lightly greased 8-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done).
Cool.
Cut into wedges.
Serve with ice cream and hot fudge.
